Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Two Days mobile application and the 2days.devforgeagency.com website (together, the “Service”), operated by DevForge Agency, Jamaica.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement

If you downloaded Two Days from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. You can read it here: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Where Apple’s standard EULA and these Terms both apply, Apple’s EULA governs your licensed use of the iOS application to the extent required by Apple, and these Terms cover our additional product-specific terms, the website, and our relationship with you.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Two Days on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms and these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the app except to the extent applicable law prohibits such restriction.

No account

Two Days does not require a developer-operated account. Sync, if enabled, uses your Apple ID and iCloud. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and Apple ID.

Subscriptions and purchases

Optional Pro features are offered via Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, trial length, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase sheet at the time of buy.

Payments are charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. We do not process card payments directly.

Acceptable use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse support channels, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use the app in any way that violates Apple’s terms or applicable law.

Not medical advice

Two Days is a consumer habit tracker. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. It is not clinically validated for ADHD or any medical condition. Always seek qualified professional advice for health decisions.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, trademarks, and software, is owned by DevForge Agency or its licensors. Habit content you create remains yours.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVFORGE AGENCY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
