Privacy Policy

Overview

Two Days (“we”, “us”) is a habit tracker for iOS published by DevForge Agency, Jamaica. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is stored, and the choices you have.

Two Days does not require an account or sign-up. Habit content you create in the app is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your private iCloud database. We cannot read that habit content.

What we collect

Habit names, completions, notes, photos, Health-linked readings, and similar habit content are not collected by us. That data stays on your device and in your iCloud account.

If you email support, we receive the content of that correspondence so we can help you.

We do not operate advertising SDKs in the app. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with data brokers.

On-device and iCloud storage

Primary storage for habit data is on your device via Apple’s on-device frameworks.

Optional sync uses your personal iCloud (CloudKit) private database. That database is controlled by your Apple ID. The developer cannot access your private habit records.

Apple Health

If you grant Health permissions, Two Days may read relevant Health data on-device to auto-complete fitness-related habits.

Apple Health data is read on-device only. It is never transmitted to our servers, never used for marketing or advertising, and never shared with third parties by us.

You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Subscriptions and payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your full payment card details. Apple provides us with purchase status (for example, whether Pro is active) as needed to unlock features.

Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Analytics

The marketing website may use first-party performance analytics provided by our hosting platform (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand aggregate traffic and performance. These tools are configured without advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers.

The Two Days app does not include third-party advertising SDKs.

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children under 13

Two Days is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us via support email, contact us and we will delete it.

GDPR and CCPA rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal a denied request where applicable.

Because habit content is stored on your device and in your iCloud account, most data-subject requests for habit content are fulfilled by using in-app export/delete controls and Apple’s account tools — we cannot read or modify that content ourselves.

For personal information we do hold (for example, support correspondence), email devforgeagency@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and describe the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a reasonable period required by applicable law.

Data deletion and export

In the app: use the built-in export to download JSON or CSV, and use delete-all-data controls to remove local records.

iCloud: deleting data in the app and managing iCloud storage for Two Days follows Apple’s iCloud behaviour for your Apple ID.

Support correspondence: email devforgeagency@gmail.com to request deletion of emails you sent us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or app after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy where permitted by law.
